Dalvina Tiver Cabernet Sauvignon

Cabernet Sauvignon grown in our region with a perfect combination of soil , sun, water and gently strokes of wind produced this wine with fantastic delicious dark ruby purple glossy looking color. It is distinguished notes of graphite minerals, freshly crushed green peppers and abundant gorgeous succulent rasp-straw-bleu-black berry fruits. Likewise the palate is richly loaded with generous layers of seductive luscious black currants, straw – and raspberries, sitting alongside. Good balance of acidity and ripe tannins. A very nicely crafted wine that will continue to improve for over a few years. Splendid pleasing stuff…
