Traikovsky Grape Brandy / Rakija Stara Lozova Zolta, is a traditional home-made grape brandy with specific taste, which has developed smoothly over the three years aging period in local Kichevo “blagunj” oak.

A premium grape brandy aged 3 years in Macedonian oak from Kicevo Region, is a brandy of complex bouquet with intensive oak, honey, cinnamon aromas, with refreshing notes of slight vanilla and coffee, with diverse oak, honey, and almonds palate, with slight touch of both peach and dark plums. Persistent long lasting finish, lingering into the senses long afterwards.

Variety: 7 different grapes, of which Riesling, Chardonnay, Smederevka – autochthonous variety of Macedonia, Cabernet Sauvignon, Vranec – autochthonous variety of Macedonia, and 2 additional varieties, recipe’ secret.
Harvesting: exclusively by hand

Fermentation
100% in big underground tanks, naturally chilled with underground waters of river Boshavica (production facilities located in the middle of the old riverbed of Boshavica river, a fast mountain river, springing at 20km production facilities, in the heights of Kozuf Mountain)
