Medovača is a brandy from the liqueur category that has been highly valued throughout history for its healing effects. They were obtained by distilling a solution of honey and water that fermented for about 72 days. After distillation, the selected type of honey and propolis is added. It is very pleasant to the taste, despite its great strength, which is felt in the stomach. In moderate amounts, it has a beneficial effect on the circulation, against bacteria and viruses, and improves appetite and digestion, making it an ideal aperitif. It is consumed chilled.
Liqueur with honey from the Momirović distillery is made from two types of honey, meadow, and linden, all in combination with apple brandy obtained from two varieties of apples, Idared and Golden Delicious, and with the addition of propolis. In addition to its beautiful taste, the ZUDUNJA liqueur also has the beautiful color of overripe cherries.
